We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable professional to join our team and contribute to projects at the intersection of agriculture, geospatial analysis, and wildlife management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field research and data collection related to agricultural systems, natural habitats, and biodiversity.
Use GIS tools to analyze and map land use, crop distribution, wildlife corridors, and habitat connectivity.
Develop strategies for sustainable agriculture in harmony with wildlife conservation principles.
Work with government agencies, local communities, and NGOs to implement conservation and livelihood projects.
Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in agriculture, Forestry, Wildlife Science, Environmental Science, or related field.
Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and sustainable farming systems.
Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar).
Understanding of wildlife ecology, habitat management, and conservation challenges.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Willingness to travel for fieldwork in rural and forested landscapes.
